1. Cold testing for WHOI deployment.
   1. Elif has compared old wash buffer with 'modified' wash (50% wash, 50% buffer E) (at 2 degrees, viscosity of wash ~10, modified wash ~3)
      1. blocking effciency on blank filter is similar
      2. signal with biomaterial similar (BAC arrays)
      3. moving to test HAB culture; if no difference, then moving to run HAB culture in cold.
      4. ESP-Bruce going into cold on Thursday.
2. Array printing
   1. Roman planning a massive, 1-week printing run in early Feb.  Will try and knock out all WHOI arrays.

3. Discussion about using an unbuilt MFB for G3 development.  Each missing some parts.  Must talk to Chris P before building to know what needs to be done.

Discussion of schedule, both for WHOI deployment and JdeFuca in July.
